This is really a telephone that sends data to and from the web server. Racing can therefore always be followed, provided that there is coverage by a mobile network. GPRS sim cards can be bought individually, but usually the race organisers are the party that, in cooperation with ChampionChip Sailing, conclude a package deal with a provider to deliver cards against a reduced rate during the event. |
